VEI Real Estate
VEI Real Estate includes real estate ownership, development, and management services. VEI owns and manages eight professional office buildings and six health and medical pavilions throughout central Indiana. In addition, VEI currently provides maintenance—both routine and preventative—for over 100 tenants in multiple buildings. We understand the unique needs of a medical office and specialize in maintaining medical facilities. We also provide consulting services, reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts and supervising vendor services. VEI Real Estate’s Indianapolis service area covers more than 40 locations and 800,000 square feet throughout Marion County and the surrounding counties. VEI Retail Pharmacies serve the Indianapolis and Anderson areas in multiple locations. The new Wellspring Pharmacy (formerly Community Professional Pharmacy) is located in the gallery of the recently expanded Community Hospital North campus and in the lobby at Community Hospital East. A third location will open summer 2008 at Community Hospital South.
The employees of VEI Retail Pharmacies are committed to serving our customers by combining our professional knowledge with the core values of VEI. We take pride in our calling to serve and in providing personal service to our customers. We make every effort to fill your prescriptions promptly, and we’re glad to answer questions about your medications and health concerns. Over the years, we have learned that knowing you better helps us meet your needs and keep you healthy.
The mission of VEI Retail Pharmacies centers on providing prescription service and health information to employees of the Community Health Network. Although the bulk of prescriptions filled in our stores are for employees and their dependents, our pharmacies can fill prescriptions for any walk-in customer. The stores accept all major insurance plans.
We also provide a free delivery service for Community Health Network employees who do not have pharmacies located at their work site. This service is available to Community Health Network employees and dependents at Community Hospital Anderson, Community Hospital South, Community Home Health Services, and The Indiana Heart Hospital.
For customers who want their medications shipped to their home or work address, VEI Retail Pharmacies also offer UPS service at no additional charge.
