VEI Real Estate Services

VEI Real Estate Services includes real estate ownership, development, and management services. VEI owns and manages eight professional office buildings and six health and medical pavilions throughout central Indiana. In addition, VEI currently provides maintenance—both routine and preventative—for more than 100 tenants in multiple buildings. We understand the unique needs of a medical office and specialize in maintaining medical facilities. We also provide consulting services, reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts and supervising vendor services. VEI Real Estate Services' Indianapolis service area covers more than 40 locations and more than 900,000 square feet of medical office space throughout Marion County and the surrounding counties. Our team is committed to providing prompt, courteous and professional service to all our customers.
